Bookings and Appointments
Session bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Custom Equipment Orders
Custom vibroacoustic waterbed systems may be designed, sourced, assembled or installed according to the client’s needs, space, intended use and chosen package.
Quotes, inclusions, lead times, installation requirements, delivery costs, warranties and payment terms will be confirmed before an order proceeds.
Once custom design, ordering, manufacturing or installation preparation has begun, deposits and progress payments may not be refundable for change of mind.
Pricing and Payments
Prices may vary depending on the product, service, location, equipment, installation requirements, customisation and support required.
All quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote. If no period is stated, quotes may be reviewed or updated at any time before acceptance.
Delivery, Installation and Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access for delivery, setup and installation.
Additional costs may apply for difficult access, stairs, remote locations, specialist freight, extra labour, parking limitations, delays or changes to the agreed installation scope.
