Peace on Earth Through Nervous System Regulation
A National Vision for Australia
Our vision is simple yet profound: to help restore as many people as possible to feel safe, connected and capable of creating a better future for themselves, their families, their communities and our planet.
The Peace on Earth Vibroacoustic Community Initiative seeks funding, sponsorship, philanthropic support and strategic partnerships to place vibroacoustic waterbeds and nervous system regulation resources into community centres throughout Australia.
We believe that when people feel safe in their bodies, connected to themselves and supported by their communities, they are naturally more capable of making healthy decisions, building meaningful relationships and contributing positively to society.
Why Nervous System Regulation Matters
Many Australians are experiencing chronic stress, burnout, loneliness, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and disconnection.
When the nervous system remains in prolonged states of survival activation, people may experience difficulty sleeping, reduced emotional resilience, increased tension, challenges with concentration and reduced feelings of wellbeing.
Creating environments that encourage relaxation, safety and self-awareness can support people in accessing greater calm, connection and clarity.
This initiative focuses on providing accessible wellbeing resources that support:
- Deep relaxation
- Stress reduction
- Emotional resilience
- Restorative rest
- Community connection
- Self-awareness
- Positive wellbeing practices
- Vagus nerve support
- Nervous system regulation education
What is a Vibroacoustic Waterbed?
A vibroacoustic waterbed combines gentle sound frequencies, music and vibration transmitted through water to create a deeply immersive relaxation experience.
Participants lie comfortably on a specially designed waterbed while listening to carefully selected audio programs through headphones and feeling corresponding vibrations throughout the body.
Many participants report experiences of deep relaxation, emotional release, inner calm, improved body awareness and a greater sense of peace and connection.
These systems are intended as complementary wellbeing resources and are not medical devices.
Vagus Nerve Support Techniques
Alongside vibroacoustic sessions, community centres may offer education and practices known to support healthy nervous system function and vagal tone.
- Slow diaphragmatic breathing
- Heart-focused awareness
- Meditation and mindfulness
- Gentle humming
- Chanting and vocal toning
- Sound healing practices
- Singing and group music experiences
- Nature immersion
- Cold water face immersion
- Gratitude practices
- Compassion meditation
- Grounding and earthing
- Safe social connection
- Trauma-informed wellbeing education
- Gentle movement and stretching
- Breath awareness exercises
These practices can help people cultivate greater self-regulation, emotional awareness and resilience.
Community Impact
Imagine every community centre throughout Australia having access to a dedicated relaxation and nervous system support space.
A place where veterans, carers, first responders, parents, refugees, seniors, young people, people experiencing hardship and community members from all walks of life can access restorative experiences designed to support wellbeing.
Our long-term goal is to create a national network of Peace Rooms featuring vibroacoustic waterbeds, wellbeing education, vagus nerve support resources and community connection programs.

Miss Universe Peace Alignment
For many decades, Miss Universe has shared a vision of promoting peace, understanding, compassion and positive contribution within the world.
This project aligns with that spirit by supporting initiatives that help people experience greater inner peace, emotional resilience and community connection.
We believe that peace on Earth begins within the individual and expands outward through families, communities and nations.
When more people feel safe, connected and capable, the possibility of lasting peace becomes more achievable.
