Your Consumer Rights

Vibroacoustic Waterbed respects the rights of customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer Guarantees for Goods

If you purchase vibroacoustic waterbed equipment, sound systems, transducers, amplifiers, accessories or related products, those goods must be:

• Of acceptable quality
• Fit for any disclosed purpose
• As described
• Safe and durable, taking into account the nature and price of the goods
• Supplied with clear information where required

Consumer Guarantees for Services

If you book vibroacoustic sessions, installation, setup, training or related support services, those services must be provided:

• With due care and skill
• Within a reasonable time, where no time is agreed
• In a way that is reasonably fit for the purpose discussed

Major Failures

For a major problem with goods, you may be entitled to choose a refund, replacement or compensation where required by Australian Consumer Law.

For a major problem with services, you may be entitled to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion, or receive compensation where required by law.

Minor Problems

If a problem is minor, Vibroacoustic Waterbed may choose to repair the item, replace the item, re-supply the service, or otherwise provide a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Custom Vibroacoustic Equipment

Some vibroacoustic waterbed systems are custom-built for wellness centres, clinics, retreats, private sanctuaries or individual clients.

Because custom systems may be made to order, change-of-mind cancellations, deposits and custom build payments may be handled differently once design, ordering, manufacture or installation preparation has begun.

Warranty and Australian Consumer Law

Any warranty offered by Vibroacoustic Waterbed is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by a business warranty, refund policy or terms and conditions.

Wellness and Complementary Services

Vibroacoustic Waterbed provides complementary wellness experiences designed to support relaxation, rest, meditation, sound immersion and general wellbeing.

How to Request Help

If you believe there is a problem with a product or service, please contact us with:

• Your name and contact details
• Purchase or booking date
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos if relevant
• Any invoice, receipt or order details

We will review your request and respond in line with Australian Consumer Law.
